Tips:                      

1:  The general problem of the PC cover mostly refers to appearing

      irregular cracks in the use of the tube lighting, which is mostly

      caused by chemical substances. The reason is that the   

      prestress of the polycarbonate and BPA of the raw material can

      produce chemical reaction when they meet chemicals.   

2:  In case rise the problem as above, Paying attention to not

     applying some substances as following:

A:  Industrial Thinner、

B:  Alcohol、

C:  Plate washer water 

D:  The instant glue whose PH≥6.

E：The printing ink on the PCB and the glue on the leds should

     apply materials with the property of un-printing and  volatility.
