​       Sealing strips have been successively applied in various industries such as automobiles, doors and windows, cabinets, refrigerators, and containers. According to the requirements of different industries, specialized products such as automotive sealing strips, mechanical sealing strips, and door & window sealing strips have been developed. Therefore, they are commonly used in electronics and electrical, lighting, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, machinery, textiles and synthetic fibers, automotive, and other sealing industries.
Characteristics:

1. Silicone material provides excellent sealing, high-temperature and weather resistance, anti-aging and impact resistance, vibration and water resistance, and can adhere to various smooth surface materials.

2. Can be self-adhesive with backing tape, providing better sealing. High-temperature adhesive can be used permanently without peeling. Environmentally friendly and safe, good insulation, high temperature resistance, minimal shrinkage and deformation, strong rebound, non-toxic.

3. Foamed silicone rubber has uniform foam, with density ranging from 0.25-0.85 g/cm³, Shore hardness 8-30A. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, good rebound, good flexibility, smooth surface without bubbles or pores. High strength, long service life, insulation and eco-friendly, resistant to high and low temperatures, shrinkage, acids and alkalis, aging, and UV rays.

4. Smooth surface and uniform foam density.

5. Excellent surface non-stick properties and good breathability.

6. Made from 100% high-quality silicone material and strictly tested to meet environmental standards.

7. High-temperature resistance: -70°C to 300°C.

8. Heat resistance: Silicone rubber has much better heat resistance than ordinary rubber. It can be used almost permanently at 150°C without functional changes; continuously at 200°C for 10,000 hours; and can also be used for a period at 350°C.

9. Weather resistance: Ordinary rubber quickly degrades under ozone generated by corona discharge, whereas silicone rubber is unaffected by ozone. Its physical properties change only slightly under continuous UV light and other weather conditions.

10. Anti-aging and corrosion-resistant: Silicone itself has very strong chemical inertness.
